A Few Things Worth Knowing.
We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for weekends, weddings, and peak event dates. Availability is confirmed on a first-reserved basis.
A signed service agreement and a 30% non-refundable retainer are required to confirm your reservation. Dates are not secured by inquiry alone.
Most FyrePix experiences require a minimum of 12 × 12 feet of clear, level space and access to a standard power outlet. Certain experiences, including our Sky360 Overhead Booth, require additional space and overhead clearance. Specific requirements will be confirmed during event planning.
Absolutely. We offer personalized photo layouts, branded designs, curated backdrops, print enhancements, and interactive keepsakes, depending on your selected experience.
Yes. Payment arrangements may be available for qualifying reservations, subject to applicable administrative fees and the agreed payment schedule.
Yes. FyrePix serves Austin, San Antonio, Kyle, Buda, San Marcos, and surrounding Central Texas communities. Events outside our standard service area may incur additional travel fees.
