Bring the sophistication of a professional portrait studio directly to your event with the Mobile Portrait Studio by FyrePix Photos. Our on-location portrait photography experience combines professional camera equipment, studio lighting, and photographer-guided posing to create beautifully composed portraits with a refined, editorial finish. Designed for corporate events, galas, weddings, Quinceañeras, brand activations, and private celebrations, the Mobile Portrait Studio offers guests a personalized photography experience that goes beyond the traditional photo booth. From elegant individual portraits to couples and small groups, every image is captured with intention. **Your 2-hour experience includes:** - Professional event portrait photographer - Professional camera and studio lighting - Guided posing and portrait direction - Individual, couple, and small-group portraits - On-location portrait studio setup - Digital portrait delivery - Online event gallery - Professional setup and breakdown **Fixed Investment: $650 for 2 hours.** **Optional enhancements:** Instant 4×6 portrait prints, dedicated print assistant, personalized portrait designs, premium backdrops, branded corporate portraits, keepsake presentation folders, and additional service hours are available for an additional investment. Print production and staffing requirements are determined by the selected enhancements and event specifications. Applicable taxes, travel fees, and selected enhancements are additional. Reservations are subject to availability, a signed service agreement, and a 30% non-refundable retainer. Cancellation Policy
# FyrePix Photos Booking Policy **Reservations & Approval** All reservations are subject to FyrePix Photos, LLC approval. Submitting a request or payment does not guarantee availability. Allow up to 24 hours for review. Dates are secured on a first-confirmed basis only after approval, a signed service agreement, and receipt of the required 30% non-refundable retainer. **Pricing & Payments** Published rates exclude applicable taxes and additional fees unless stated otherwise. Travel, parking, venue requirements, COI endorsements, outdoor setup, staffing, early setup, idle time, printing, branding, upgrades, and additional hours may incur charges. Payments are processed through our authorized payment system. **Cancellations & Refunds** The 30% non-refundable retainer is applied toward the total investment. Client cancellations may incur a fee equal to 50% of the total booking investment, subject to the signed service agreement. The retainer is credited toward this fee, not charged separately. Any remaining cancellation balance is due according to the agreement. Cancellation deadlines, exceptions, and rescheduling terms are governed by the signed agreement. **Service Changes** Services are reserved as selected. Additions, upgrades, date changes, venue changes, and extra hours require approval and may increase the investment. Downgrades do not automatically qualify for refunds. **Venue & Outdoor Requirements** Clients must provide accurate event details, including location, guest count, venue access, power, Wi-Fi when required, and indoor/outdoor conditions. Outdoor events may require additional fees, weather protection, or an indoor backup location. FyrePix may modify, delay, relocate, or discontinue service when conditions threaten safety or equipment. **Booking Restrictions** FyrePix may decline requests before acceptance due to availability, safety, staffing, venue restrictions, equipment limitations, or inaccurate information. Custom artwork begins after required assets, approvals, and applicable payments are received. **Service Agreement** A signed service agreement is required unless otherwise approved in writing. Its terms supersede general website policies where they differ.
